The Savvy Workshop is proud to sponsor a Women’s Only Self Defense Seminar structured especially for business and professional women. We’re bringing in Christina Davidson, CEO of Fit To Be Toned and her top notch team from The Training Station and Terry Dow’s Studio of Self Defense for a 90-minute hands-on workshop. You will learn and practice valuable safety techniques that could prevent and save you from an unwanted attack and recognize potentially dangerous situations.

This is a hands-on workshop that will cover the following critical skills:
· Situational Awareness and Avoidance
· Basic Striking and Kicking Techniques
· Escapes from Common Grabs and Holds

Cost $10.00 per person*

Dress in your normal attire and bring items that you would carry on a daily basis (e.g., pocketbook, keychain, etc.)

Light appetizers and refreshments will be served.

*$20.00 at the door, the night of the event.
